Directory for each experiment (as named in Appendix 1), containing subdirectories:
Image series are stored as png files whose name root_i_j.png is formed the concatenation of a root name 'root' and two indices 'i' and 'j' with the separator character '_'. Information on image timing, camera setting, illumination and image calibration is provided by a xml file named root.xml in the same directory as the images.This information is specified by the xml schema 'ImaDoc? ' available at the Coriolis facility.
